Our pallet manufacturing process is divided into two parts. Lumber remanufacturing and pallet assembly. We have a three part saw system and an automated pallet assembly process.

The gang saw line consists of a totally automated system including, a cant unscrambler, twin cut off saws, sizer, gang rip and board stacker. This system produces approximately 40,000 board feet of lumber per shift

Line bar resaw system consists of multi head trim saw, sizer and resaw. This system gives us approximately 20,000 board feet per shift.

We also use a twin band resaw system consisting of a lumber unscrambler, twin band thin kerf resaw, automated return and dedusting.

We have 3 Viking Engineering automated nailing systems. The Viking 505 turbo computer controlled, fully automated system with a capacity of 1600 - 2000 pallets per shift. We also have a Viking uni-matic, semi automated nailing system with a capacity of 600 - 800 pallets per shift. For manually built pallets we utilize a Viking Champion machine with a capacity of 400 - 500 pallets per shift.
We use an automated, computerized stenciling process to imprint any necessary information onto the pallet.
We are ISPM15 Heat Treat Certified. Using a Kiln Direct computer controled system. The kiln has a capacity of 600 pallets every 4 to 6 hours. Our certified HT symbol is branded, stenciled or hand stamped on each heat treated pallet.
